At Beambox, we stand by the quality of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
